Let sit for several hours. Then use a split-type gear puller with nose-piece between the forcing screw and the end of the Arm. Torque up the forcing screw.

My manual covers just about every model of the machine, and nearly all the parts are the same between the models.

The MFB had that cast cutter guard (M1-22) overarm was further supported by another set of M6-45 clamping devices in the outboard part of that cast guard. These are pretty rare. The deal is that the overarm support to the milling arbor was different (M1-8) . The newer MFC dispenced with the cutter guard and used M1-60 arbor support.

$125 is a steal. There were at least 3 different models built along with variations within those models. The MF, MFB, and MFC. The least desireable type would be the ones that were set up as small light production mills that used levers to run the table to preset stops.
